the location is great and the staff are super friendly, big shoutout to jefferson, tessa, antonio, and nathy! the room was really spacious and the housekeeping was quick, our room was spotless when we came back from breakfast. the kids had a blast at the splash park and there were plenty of sports facilities to keep them entertained.
the food could be hit or miss, sometimes it was just lukewarm and the entertainment options in the evenings were lacking. also, the rooms could use a little updating.

The reasons I’m conflicted
The spacious Prestige Suite offered stunning sea views and ample room for relaxation, complemented by an extremely attentive and friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable.
The dining experience was marred by poor quality meals, often lukewarm, and we encountered frustrating queues at a busy buffet during peak hours.

The suite we stayed in was huge and had stunning sea views, we loved every moment spent relaxing there. The massage services were incredible, and the outdoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a little hiccup with the TV channels being mostly in Spanish, but it didn’t overshadow the fantastic experience overall. 😊
